Can I ask for a menu as I would like it?

The Tacos Bar works with pre-set menus and with various ADD ON sections. using these sections you can create a menu of your choice. If you can't find something specific, you can ask online support for the right solution.

Is my zip code not working? the page says that you do not deliver in the Netherlands, but I live in an area covered by you. What do I have to do?

Sometimes it happens that a postcode is not registered, so you can contact online support (9AM - 21 PM) and they can unlock it in seconds.

Can I Order today for another day? and how?

We promote this action, in such a way not to run into "sold out", or not to find a specific preparation.
It is very easy, just write, in comments, at the check out, the requested date.

Can I order for the same day?

Normally NO, we accept orders until 9pm the day before, for the day after. However, by contacting online support, we have very often accepted extra orders for the same day. It all depends on the day.

Do the tacos you sell come ready-made? or what should I do at home?

For reasons related to product quality and transport, we do not offer ready-made tacos, but menus to be finished at home, very simple. Normally, it is just a matter of reheating the chosen meat, almost always in a bain-marie, without removing it from its vacuum-sealed bag, and heating the tortillas in a non-stick pan. For any question or procedure, the online support guys can answer in real time.

Can I request a specific time for delivery?

We do not accept this type of request due to the amount of work. However, you can always be notified, on the same day of delivery, half an hour before the arrival of the package. This, by placing it in the commentary, or by contacting Whatsapp support.

What types of payments do you accept?

All types: IDeal, Credit card, paypal, apple pay, maestro and others. We do not accept cryptocoins for now.
